The technicians who came out to replace and install my new unit was very efficient polite and they kept me informed of the work as it was progressing. The work was done in a timely manner they showed me how to maintain the air filters and how to work the thermostat. Simply amazing!!
We could not be happier with the service received from Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning company. These guys do a great job. Very knowledgeable and supply quality service and products. They arrived on time & completed job as promised. We were impressed with how they took care of our home around job site and cleaned up afterwards. Baylor did an excellent job on our AC. He found a way to get into our house and handled the issues we were having with our air conditioner.
