The technicians who came out to replace and install my new unit was very efficient polite and they kept me informed of the work as it was progressing. The work was done in a timely manner they showed me how to maintain the air filters and how to work the thermostat. Simply amazing!!
I highly recommend the services of the Steve and his team from Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning. They were very knowledgeable about water heaters, installation modifications and the pros and cons of installing a tankless water heater. The brothers worked efficiently, provided detailed instruction and cleaned up before they left. Excellent job!
