They fully rewired the second floor of our home to remove old faulty wiring and fixed many other electrical points as well to make the house safer. We called Edison about a problem we were having with electricity out to our garage - they offered to send a technician the next morning. This visit wasn’t just to identify the issue - they confirmed that, ideally, we could also perform any needed work that same day. Ryan showed up promptly the next morning and immediately went to work - we walked through the house, checking for both the outlined item and any other safety concerns. Along the way, Ryan dealt with an overwhelming quantity of questions from the curious homeowner (me), outlined potential items to resolve, and identified the potential cause of our issue.
