He came out right away to review my kiln relocation wiring project and provided me with a clear proposal. He was a great from beginning to end - and beyond. I appreciated that the proposal was not a quote, but a transparent, set price with a warranty. Brice knew I needed the work done right away and was able fit me in immediately (there was a cancelation that we jumped on). Their electrician, Jason, was fantastic. Despite bad weather conditions and truck problems (both out of anyone’s control), Jason was able to accomplish the job on our scheduled day (Brice kept me up to date the entire time).
