Kraft Electric

My business partner and I hired Michael Kraft for a commercial job and at first he was nice, and got the project done in a timely manner. But when the LED lights he provided for the new tracks he installed started to flicker and die in under a year of use, it became difficult to get a hold of him. Since coordinating with him was difficult we just asked if he could send us the warranty information and proof of purchase for the bulbs that he had got for our project so we could take care of it ourselves. He told us that he didn’t have receipts from over a year old invoices. He later told us (when we asked again) that he couldn’t provide us with receipts because it had his company’s name on it. After 10 months of trying to communicate with Michael to find a fix for the problem, we finally called one last time.
