Wasted many hours of my time. Scheduled me two separate days, no call no show all day long. The office people have zero idea what's happening, no idea what the technicians schedules or capabilities are, leave you on hold indefinitely, and pass the buck to absent managers who simply never call after the staff promises they will over and over. Don't waste your time, find a real company.
Westlake Heating & Air Service rates five stars with my family. All the employees are kind and are there to help and service there customers. What more can you ask for these days. They have installed a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater over the bast few years. Thanks again and again Westlake Heating & Air Service.
I was very glad I chose Westlake Heating & Air Service!! Their technician, Sean was extremely knowledgeable and competent. He did a thorough service of our unit and avoided possible explosion or carbon monoxide poisoning. I will be using them and refer more clients to them. Thumbs up!!
