Our furnace went down on December 30th during -15 degree weather. We needed a control board for our Trane furnace and called over 20 places and they didn’t have it. (Or they MIGHT but it would be $100 for them to just go look in their shop for one). Rahman went to his shop and found us the board we needed at no charge and checked us out over the phone. Really impressed with the customer service. We live 2 hours away and we will definitely make a drive for service like this. Furnace works great now. Thank you very much!!

I've used Rahman Heating for quite a few years now - primarily for minor repairs to my aging furnace and AC condenser. About 18 months ago, I decided to replace both of my furnaces because they were becoming less reliable. Rahman provided a reasonable quote promptly - with several options. I hired them to install two new furnaces for me and was very happy with the quality of their work. Recently, one of the furnaces had a catastrophic failure. It was not as a result of poor installation but due to a failure of an internal part integral to its construction. Rahman replace the furnace under warranty in a surprisingly quick turnaround and they were very communicative throughout the process. Not once did I feel worried about how things were going and the timeline to be back on line with it. I appreciate small businesses like Rahman heating and I've yet to have a single negative experience with any of the techs or front office staff that they employ. I definitely recommend them

Rahman replaced the HVAC in our house. Bill came out to work up an estimate. He listened carefully to my concerns, inspected our system to see what could be retained, and provided a number of options--each with information. Other companies' reps seemed to enter our house knowing what they wanted to sell us prior to looking things over, and they had hard-sell approaches. Bill's approach was much better. The installation was prompt, professional, and smooth. We paid the quoted price--there were no surprises. The price, by the way, was about 50% less than a comparable setup from one of the big companies in Rochester. (I guess having a fancy showroom and laptops and mobile printers like one of the other companies has is expensive and people who buy from them pay for those unnecessary bells and whistles.) The best news is that my family is more comfortable than we've ever been in our home. Rahman is our go-to for any future needs. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC
