I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike at Carls Heating And Cooling and was very satisfied with the level of customer service provided. Not only did he provide a fair price but he was able to get my A/C replaced very quickly from the time of our first appointment. The installers were very efficient, knowledgeable and polite throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC or A/C repair.
The professionalism was out of this world. Matt took the time to diagnosis and provide pictures to better explain on what we’re experiencing. He was fast and efficient. I like that he was very thorough and if any changes or unforeseen circumstances came up with our AC unit that we should contact Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service right away. Highly recommend!
