Action Plumbing & Heating

Would be a 1 star but it doesnt leak anymore. Scheduling was easy guy was on time. Used them one time prior and it was ok so decided to try them again. My leaked was fixed at a rediculous cost of nearly $400.00. I had located the leak prior and opened the wall for access to the leak for them. They made the hole slightly bigger for better access no big deal. It would of taken maybe 5 minutes to make the hole bigger. The parts were only around $30.00. Unfortunatly they charged me drive time at $100.00 a hr because they sent a poorly equipped plumber who had to run to get the basic parts needed for the repair. Now I have severly restricted water pressure to the sink and toilet. When I asked about the pressure they basically said deal with it.... Ill call elsewhere from now on.

Our initial issue was a slow-running bathtub drain. Our home was built in 1967, so we first needed to have the "drum trap" replaced. Our next issue was a potential drain line break under our cement floor. After the staff began working on the underground issue they found that there was another issue causing our problem. We were EXTREMELY pleased with how quickly ACTION responded to our problem. An in-home assessment was made and shortly after the meeting technicians arrived. We just used Action for our cafe in West Concord. They were prompt, efficient and went above and beyond. Actually last year they replaced 2 furnaces, hot water heater and water conditioner in our home. We won't call anyone else. Thank you so much
