They replaced our roof and siding and we couldn't be more pleased. Dustin was awesome from start to finish. Everything was explained in clear terms. He was very knowledgeable going through all the options without overwhelming us. The crews were amazing and did high quality work. We will definitely use Allcraft for any future needs. We had a terrible experience with All Craft. The siding crew seemed to be a contracted company and did a terrible job. They were unprofessional in that they stepped all over our landscaping with no regard. The music was so loud I had to ask them to turn it down some. It wasn’t just on it was blaring. They replaced our siding but not the trim which was sitting in our driveway. There is no way to get that added now that the siding is on. They damaged our brand new gutters having to get an entirely new set. They also damaged the door frame to the garage and left pieces undone such as not screwing small pieces back to the siding. It was left in worse condition than when they started. I have had to reach out countless times asking to have the bill finalized so we can move on and we have yet to see it. I am not sure what is taking so long now that the job is “done” and has been for quite sometime.
