I called Caleb on a Sunday afternoon asking for some advice on a tub we were trying to set and he answered right away! For starters, that's unheard of! He was willing to come out and help us the next day if we needed it after he was done with his already scheduled day. We did indeed end up needing help, he responded immediately to my text telling him we would need his help and sent me updates on his expected arrival for the afternoon. He showed up at 3:45 pm and worked his tail off to get our drain set in our bathroom remodel. It was NOT an easy job, but he didn't walk away and got it COMPLETE! He stayed, and worked at our house until 7pm, and he charged way too LITTLE! Caleb was professional, hard-working and incredibly fair with his prices. I would STRONGLY recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber! Thank you again Caleb!

Very responsive and professional, was able to get in very quickly. Replaced wax seal and supply line on a leaking toilet and even adjusted the water level for us. Had a pin hole leak in a pipe in my basement. Called a few places the evening I noticed it, not expecting to hear from anyone after hours, but they called back right away and said they’d get someone out first thing in the morning. Came right when they said they would and took care of things quickly and for a reasonable price. I even asked if they could take a look at the rest of pipes and the hot water heater and they were very honest but what they would and wouldn’t suggest replacing, rather than trying to bait me into a sale.
