The service provided was quick, polite, and very reasonably priced! I called various places for quotes to install new lights in my living room and Med City Electric was not only the quickest to send someone out, but the only ones who didn't give me a run-around for a quote or scheduling the following install. Called after hours with emergency residential power partial outage. John walked me through several troubleshooting procedures and the cause was located and corrected! Very cordial and patient. Saved the fees of an after hours response. Will definitely use Med City Electric for future electrical needs.

I contacted John Reed of Med City Electric LLC due to our central AC having trouble starting. John came over right away even though it was after hours on a weekday and checked the issue, which was the electricity switch to the compressor that was burnt. He provided a day and time when he would be able to come over to repair it. The timeliness and professionalism was apparent throughout. John was quite knowledgeable with the work he does, he checked the breaker and analyzed that the problem was a higher amperage breaker switch that needed to be changed. He replaced the breaker with the correct one, replaced the wires and professionally installed a new A/C disconnect. Will definitely recommend this company and use them again, for any electrical issues.
