Simply amazed at the commercial side of Superior! We (Roasted Bliss) had a contractor that bid us a quote on our new building and drug the meetings on only to then give another quote months later that was 4 times the amount. Joe and Mike, the plumbing and mechanical project managers met me on site two days later and worked up a quote immediately. They eased our stress and were very communicative. Joe has been helping us stay within our budget by recommending cost savings items. On top of it, Andrew V, who is an on-site plumber, went above and beyond to make sure our job was done right and always took the time to answer our questions. Could not recommend this company enough. Called after hours service around 12:30AM when our furnace stopped working. Received a call back within 15 minutes. Matt was able to fix our problem over the phone and did not even charge us!
