Hoover Roofing Company did a fabulous job on our new roof! After dealing with an inefficient contractor, we called Hoover Roofing Company to give us an estimate and hoped they could do the job quickly. They responded immediately. We were happy with the roofing options and the price options offered. They completed the job on schedule and were very professional all the way through.
Hoover Roofing is a SCAM and does not exist. They do not exist. Do NOT use them. Called for roof inspection/ replace quote. Phone reps ( not from around here) said they would have their contractor come to my house the same day, and there is a one-time $89 fee. If I elect to pay the service call fee and have them do the work, then I will receive 10% off labor and materials costs. Talked it over at home, decided to pay the fee on the phone with a card and was given a window for the contractor to come. Left work early, waiting.. received a phone call from a strange out of state number telling me they needed to reschedule for tomorrow. Given another window. Logged into my email later in the evening to find strange emails from a co. called Faciliserve and Premium Home Service thanking me for agreeing to a annual recurring subscription service to their phony business. Googled these companies and am disgusted. BBB reviews, this is a SCAM fronting as a local Roseville MN roofing co.
Hoover Roofing Company team of professionals has consistently provided quality home repair services for our rental properties and our personal home for over 8 years. They are very good at explaining alternatives and why they would recommend particular courses of action. They have been very responsive, particularly in emergency situations, such as a recent home fire damage situation.
