Contacted Interlock for a repair issue on Oct., 12, 2021. Per Jennifer’s request, sent email & photo of problem that occurred on Oct., 11, 2021. New gutters were installed lower than the original gutters, per company specifications. That exposed one area where the flashing/drip edge was cut during roof install in 2012. No one ever contacted us after receiving the email. Began calling them again in April 2022 about the repair and we are still waiting. Was recently told won’t be fixed until this fall. Unfortunately, this is not our first experience with long repair delays. We have detailed notes about reporting bent/broken snow brakes in April 2019. Was not resolved until July 2020. Existing customers with repair issues are obviously not a priority for Interlock. Should never take so long to get something fixed. Service: Roof installation

Good luck getting them out to honor their warranty or even come out to to examine their prior work for repair. We bought a house that has a 12 year old Interlock Metal Roof. We have a leak in our powder room (see pic) that 3 different contractors/ other roofing companies say is due to the flashing being installed incorrectly by Interlock. We also have issues with the skylights they installed. Based on what several other companies have told us, the curb was incorrectly done for the 2 skylights they installed in another area of the house. Both skylights have mildewed, and again, no skylight company will replace and warranty new skylights as the Interlock-installed existing curb is too low to properly flash in new skylights. We've been in email and phone contact for nearly a year with Jennifer (who is located in the North East), and have received one excuse after another as to why we having yet hear from Allen (the "local" guy).
