I had a guy out about 2 weeks ago for an estimate and still have not heard back. I've left multiple text messages, no response. I told them I had a few questions, but when the estimate guy came out he only talked to me for about 1minute before leaving. He talked to his co worker who was inspecting my boiler about 5 times as long as me, then he left without saying anything to me. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Keith was very knowledgeable and a real pleasure. He took the time to understand and fixed the issue in very little time. Our outdoor hydrant had been leaking and after trying to fix it myself with no luck, it was time to call in the professionals! I would recommend them and hire again for future plumbing needs!
