I expect that many of us don't routinely pull out a step ladder and climb 2-stories to inspect our roofs and instead assume that everything is fine or wait until we notice a leak. When Garrett came to the front door and offered a free roof inspection, I agreed since there had been a recent wind storm mid-September. Needless to say, they noted wind damage and some hail damage. The next step was working with our insurance company, which was quite an experience! Tyler helped us through that experience and we were on to the next. The crew was efficient and professional. The work was completed within a couple days. We did experience an unforeseen issue with a concentric venting system, but Tyler and crew were committed to resolve it.
