If you love no shows, then Empire Heating and Air is the place for you. They missed my appointment four times. On two occasions, they did manage to call several hours after the appointment was missed, so they had that going for them, which is nice.
Empire Heating & Air Conditioning are extremely professional and easy to work with. Getting on the schedule the same day I called. Ken was our technician and he was extremely professional on time and quick at his work. I would definitely hire these guys again
We are very happy with our new furnace. The service was excellent the guys worked 5 hours straight through and there was no mess at all. They were efficient, kept us in the loop during the entire process and cleaned up very well when done. Their prices are competitive & fair. We're planning on using them for a home AC later this year.
