Our tech and he was great. He was prompt, professional and very nice. He clearly explained what he found, and was able to create a fix on the spot for our furnace that didn't have easy access to the filter. Highly recommend their services.
They showed up to install our new unit. Again, top notch professionalism and courtesy. We were told the job could take 2 days, but they worked non-stop to get our new unit installed and running within 8 hours. That means a lot with 2 toddlers at home. I hope these employees receive the recognition they deserve!
Sales person was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Communicated very well. Installers Tom and the team were awesome. They came on time, finished in time. Explained everything well. Overall pleasant experience with Larkin Heating & Cooling!
