Rascher replaced an old concrete laundry tub and reworked the plumbing in my laundry room to include a new standpipe and water hook up for the washer. It was a big job, and Jason and Caleb did great. I worked with Joe initially on estimates and advice about the job, and he was always so helpful and responsive. The results came out better than I expected, and I couldn't be happier!

After using rauscher over the past year for various services and spending thousands of dollars my dad and I are unhappy with our experience dealing with this company. During our first visit they sent a plumber with an obvious body odor problem. For what they are charging personal hygiene should be a given and it was so strong it took me over 30min to air our home out. When I mentioned this to Dave he didn’t seem receptive to that feedback and from that point on has been cold in our interactions. Second, they bill you by the minute including the time it takes for them to total up the bill and the time it takes to fill out the check. If they did excellent work this wouldn’t be a big issue but during our latest service call the plumber we had missed a leak with our sink pipes while installing a new garbage disposal. Our experience with Rascher was excellent. Getting an appointment was quick and Ed arrived on time. Ed evaluated the problem we had with our baseboard heat and knew exactly how to fix it. The repair was done to our satisfaction. We also mentioned a plumbing problem we had with a vintage water fixture. He called a co-worker who delivered the necessary parts and now that long term problem is fixed too! We would definitely use Rascher again. Plus Ed was a polite and nice guy!
