We had a lot of concerns about our roof after the last hail storm. Found Sterling Concepts LLC online, contacted them, and Jed followed up with me right away. Jed is so easy going and knowledgeable. He put all my worries and concerns at ease. He helped walk me through the steps in filing a claim, and advice in picking shingles. Jed's brother Josh, handled the paperwork and ordering of shingles/supplies. They were both so easy and professional to work with! They answered all our questions and text messages whenever we asked something or didn't understand something. They were alway on top of the game. They both made us feel like they wanted to help us and not looking for a quick job/income. They definitely gained our trust and gave us the confidence that our roof would be taken care of! Called Josh , and within an hour I had an amazing guy up on my roof in the pouring rain getting the job done! I can't say enough about how great Jed was with arranging my roof repair within the hour.
