From our first contact with Tacheny Exteriors, Nate and Lexi have worked with us tirelessly to make sure the roofing project at 1492 Raymond is moving to completion. The roof will not be until spring. Nate and Lexi have answered any questions, made recommendations, taking photo to work with the insurance adjuster from Nationwide. Working with Lisa has been fantastic so far- seriously! She is a wealth of information and takes a very educational approach with her appointments. I learned more in one meeting with Lisa than I had with all the other companies combined. My husband & I went into this project thinking we needed just siding, but Lisa pointed out some other parts of our home that needed repair that we hadn't even noticed. Her eagle eye and keen eye for design are second to none. Lisa ( and Tacheny) has made a great impression on my husband and I, & we can't wait to have our siding, doors and windows done with Tacheny!

Do not recommend! Terrible communication and low quality work. We scheduled to have our garage roof replaced tomorrow (3/25/22). They called at 9:30 this morning stating that they needed to move it up due to the weather and would be arriving in an hour. I was able to quickly accommodate the change, but then they didn’t show up and start work until 4.5 hours later. Once they finished the work they left with out saying a word or walking the completed project with us. When scheduling I asked that they not put the dumpster in front of our garage and instead use the large space available to the side. Not only did they put it in front of our garage, but they also left it! I called to ask if they were planning to pick it up and was told yes. It is now 11pm and it’s still there. When you call you will get a 3rd party service that takes your information and will “forward your message”, but nothing will get done.
