We appreciate the communication between us and the Service Techs who came to our home to evaluate our A/C issue. Steve and Jason did excellent at communicating what they were doing in determining what the cause was. Trevor was quick to respond to us with the estimate for repair/replacement of parts, etc. Jason, and Steve did a great job with the install and we would definitely call them again for future needs. I was impressed by the prompt response I received from Valor when I contacted them about my air conditioner. Trevor made room for me in their busy schedule and Jason arrived right on time. Jason was courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and offered solutions to repair my air conditioner instead of just replacing it.

We called this morning when our hot water quit working. A quick call to Mike J and Travis(amazing customer service) and we had an appointment within 8 hours. Mike J got to the house went thru the entire heater and we now have working hot water again!!! Couldn’t say enough good things about these gentleman. ???? would recommend! Honest, quick, and all around great guys!
