We called this morning when our hot water quit working. A quick call to Mike J and Travis(amazing customer service) and we had an appointment within 8 hours. Mike J got to the house went thru the entire heater and we now have working hot water again!!! Couldn’t say enough good things about these gentleman. ???? would recommend! Honest, quick, and all around great guys!
I was very pleased with the help I received from Jason Covalt, Valor Technician, that inspected my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and very good problem solver. He was very personable, polite, and easy to understand. He is definitely an asset to your company, and I would highly recommend him to others to complete repairs. Mike was scheduled to be here at a certain time, but he kindly called to let me know he was running behind. He came shortly after and in a short time had my faucet replaced. Very satisfied.
