Mike, the owner, was very responsive and was able to book a boiler maintenance visit in a reasonable amount of time. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain his work. Mike is a talented HVAC technician. He installed a modern ultra high efficiency boiler with on demand hot water in our 1901 Oakdale home. It took him longer than he thought, but he stuck to his estimate and was very fair on price. He is the only place we will go to for plumbing/mechanical work that I will not do myself.
