BA Roofing

Judging off all the other 5 star reviews, I was expecting my experience to be great with BA Roofing, but I didn't have the same experience sadly. I contacted Blake back in April, and he came out right away and took a look at my roof and explained everything thoroughly to me. He was very nice and it seemed like a good fit. I contacted insurance and Blake was kind enough to send photos to them, for them to write my claim. Something after that changed. I waited 4 months for them to come out to take roof samples. They never, not once called me back to tell me an update. I had to be the one to call, and the woman in the office was so nice but didn't know much. Blake never called me back ever. I was so fed up by month 6 not hearing anything from them that I decided to take my business elsewhere, but I needed them to come put back the roof tiles that they took as samples. I tried calling for weeks but continuously got placed on hold. I emailed Blake multiple times and never heard back. I had

Blake is really great to work with. He is the real deal. He says what he can do and will follow thru from start to finish, and then some. Very refreshing. Blake was the only person of the 3 roofers we called to climb a ladder and inspect everything. We needed a new roof and gutters and I'm happy to say that we got a great roof installed and new gutters that look and work great.
