My furnace stopped working late evening, 2 days before Christmas. I left a message after hours and received a call back within 20 min. Less than 30 minutes later John showed up. He was extremely nice, respectful and genuinely cared about the situation. He was able to figure out the issue quickly and stayed to make sure my furnace was functioning properly. He even took the time to answer questions without being annoyed or in a hurry to leave. I'm so thankful he was able to correct the problem at a very good price, even on an emergency basis. I've been a customer of a competitor for a while, however after talking to them and all they wanted to do was schedule an appointment after Christmas (it's 20 below), and they advertise emergency services. I'm switching to Comfort Systems permanently and highly recommend requesting John when you call. Thank you John and Comfort Systems for ensuring Christmas this year is Merry and warm!! Absolutely impressed with this company. Jarred and Randy at comfort systems did an excellent job with installing a new American standard AC and installing a new return and humidifier. They answered any and all questions throughly and were very professional. The timeline they gave me for removal of the old unit and install of the new was exactly what they said it would be. Very professional and they know their stuff! Highly highly recommend this company.
