Setup a service call for Monday morning. They showed up at 1:54. Rang doorbell. No one answered for 5 min. They called me, I didn't answer. Called back in less than 5 min. They left. Said they can't wait at job. Not even 10 min. The problem is there is several people home. When I explained people are there. ..just got an " I don't know what to tell you, I m home when I setup an appointment " They could say something like let's get you back on schedule. .....instead we get chastised for not getting to the door.

My hot water heater stopped working the Thursday before the 4th of July holiday week. I left a message for them and they returned my call before their opening hours and were here by 12:30 pm on Friday. Marion tried to fix and after realizing there was no fix he agreed to get a new one and install the same day. He was supposed to be on leave and instead got my new water heater installed for me. I really appreciate him going above and beyond.

The hot water heater went out pretty late 2 days ago, and I could not get it to relight. Did some Google review research and found Four-way Service Co. I called at 8 am, and the technician was at my house within a couple of hours. He checked it out and explained that it would need replaced. The technician assisted me in finding the warranty info and quoted a price for the installation of a new hotwater heater after I went to pick it up. Got the old hot water heater replaced with the new one and got it back home by around 12 pm or so today. Called the technician to see when he could come install it. He arrived within the hour. I am very happy with the work and the price. Hot water is flowing! Thanks for all the help. Found my new plumbing company.
