We called three other companies before we called Vitt Heating and Cooling. The service answered immediately I wasn't put on hold. They said a tech would call us. They called us immediately. Showed up within 30 minutes. We had a lot of different issues going on the tech Cole work through all of them. We're impressed with Cole's professionalism and honesty. They have a new client. Vitt technicians are always thorough and take the time to explain any/all issues or potential problems they find before recommending repairs. I have a service agreement so they come twice a year and keep everything clean and running well.
Colin was wonderful and helped us quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and explained everything to us as thoroughly as he could.
