Rob Conner is the most thoughtful, dependable, and honest contractor we have ever worked with. Rob and his great crew did our roof, soffit, gutters, and downspouts. Their work is impeccable. The house had some structural issues that had to be handled and Rob and crew worked through those and other changes friendly and professionally. Our house looks 100% better and the changes fit perfectly. Rob is finicky about his work and that professionalism is reflected throughout his whole crew. If it's not right, they will spend the extra time to make it right. We took several bids to do this fairly extensive project. Rob spent the most time with us putting together the bid and was not even close to the top bid. His straightforward, honest style instantly gave us confidence in his work and his word. Conner Roofing was top-notch from the very first call! They were always quick to respond, and Chris who was our sales and project manager was outstanding. He was very patient with all of our questions (we had a ton!) and put us at ease right away with his extensive knowledge. They were a huge help working with our insurance company on our claim as well. I had several companies out to give us a bid and inspect the roof, and Conner was the clear standout choice. Not only did the team at Conner do a nice job replacing my weather damaged roof and gutters, what really gets them a five-star review is how hard they worked to earn my business by helping me make a strong, legitimate case to my insurance company for more complete compensation than originally quoted. Chris from Conner came out to the house on multiple occasions to take additional pictures and offer more details to the insurance company to support a more favorable revised estimate. Between the initial insurance estimate and the revised one, Conner ended up saving me several thousand dollars in out-of-pocket expenses.
