Weiss installed our furnace about 2 1/2 years ago. The company was great to work with. We lost our AC during some of the hottest days in August and Weis brought out some window units for us to use in the couple of days prior to the new unit being installed Yesterday their tech, Bill came out to check on the unit to see why it wasn't cooling properly. He had done the research on past calls to our house and was able to quickly assess the issue. He wrote a detailed description of what was going on, on our invoice so we had the documentation for any future service calls.
