We selected Ameristar Roofing & Restoration to replace our wood shingle roof with a new composition roof and gutter system. From start to finish, the work done by management and crew was top-notch and exceeded our expectations! The customer service demonstrated by the entire company was second to none. Beginning with the initial consultation, John surveyed the house meticulously. He then created a plan of action, assessing and explaining it as he reviewed it with me, answering any questions I had. When the project began, the care and attention that went into our roof by the roofing crew was comforting. They did a great job of protecting landscaping during the project and cleaned up the area each day. Stephen the foreman was excellent to work with, he is detailed oriented and personal, he kept the project moving along efficiently, ensuring I was satisfied every step on the way. Out of nowhere water began entering our home during the Spring rain season. The source was not obvious and the first company that came by suggested an entire new roof without doing much investigation. John and Ameristar roofing on the other hand spent a considerable amount of time trying to find the underlying the cause. John was responsive, professional and clearly had our best interest in mind (from a financial and fixing our acute issue standpoint). Ultimately we moved forward with the fix/repair that solved our issue and did not require a full roof replacement! Grateful to John and his team.
