Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day in November. The company sent a repair person the next day. He checked the furnace thoroughly and found a problem with the board. He explained the situation clearly to us and outlined our options. Since the repairs could be almost as much as a new furnace- if they could even find the parts and it might take many days, we opted to buy a new furnace. They delivered and installed the furnace the next day. The installation crew was early and they completed the installation in less time than predicted. They were very pleasant and helpful. I had a problem with my 25+ yo HVAC system. I contacted several companies to try to solve the issue, but nobody was available to solve the problem. The Academy Air was the first to promptly reply to my request and the problem was solved in 2 days. I bought a new HVAC system last Thursday and on Friday it was installed. The team that come to install was very professional, clean and in a few hours my house was cold again. Nice job guys.

Ernest was excellent with his job, he was professional and repiped our furnace gas line and stove. He also explained with great details of what went wrong and how he fixed the problem.
