Electrician was Awesome. I called late afternoon and he showed up first thing the next morning. Diagnosed and fixed my problem, a bad 240 dryer connection that had been dangerously wired. Very good rate. Will use Pearson Electrical Services from now on! I highly recommend it!! Thanks Walt!!

Called at 9:00 AM and scheduled an appointment between 4 and 6 pm to restore power to HVAC. I was informed the tech would call an hour before arrival. By 5:30, I had heard nothing so I called the shop. They stated they would contact tech and he would call me. By 5:50, I had heard nothing so I called again and received the same "Tech should have called, will have him call right away". Called again at 6:15, same response. By 7, I called and received the same. 28 degrees is the low tonight, and have no HVAC power; going to be another frigid night. Wish I would have called someone else instead of trusting Pearson to show up as agreed upon.

To come out and complete an estimate or look at the problem is $199… That excludes any work that needs to be done. Im a bit fearful of any other charges or costs. However, he was available same day.
