All-n-One Plumbing

We've actually used this business in times past, but twice in the past month. Frankly, we were unhappy with the first job. They priced it at $750 to change a drain pipe under the kitchen sink. We could not be there for the job and assumed they had changed the entire pipe, but they didn't, they just put in new pipe under sink and tied in to the existing pipe. They did remove the garbage disposal (didn't put it back) and run augar. $750 is over the top for maybe $30 in materials. Today we had them out to change a leaking spiced in the basement. First they said $450, my husband said no, so the guy said ok $295, but then he had a small part break and had to replace that, so upped the price to $310. I'm sorry, we get inflation etc, but this is over the top expensive, and we won't be using them again. Don't get me wrong the work seems to be quality, but prices are to high.

I hate that I feel the need to write this! I'm strongly against writing bad reviews for businesses, however, I hope this is my 1st and last one. I had high hopes for All-n-One Plumbing :) until one excuse after another was presented. 3 RED FLAGS: 1.The day our plumber was to begin we received a phone call saying the plumber is having issues with his van and can't make it and need to reschedule. (totally understandable, things happen, no worries, we rescheduled) 2. Next time our plumber was scheduled to come out we receive a phone from Kathy, our plumber has a family emergency to tend to and need to reschedule yet again. (things come up all the time, totally understandable, sure, lets reschedule) 3. 3rd time has to be the charm right? sadly..no :( (we're officially on 2.5 weeks of no services being provided to our home. This time, Kathy (correct spelling of her name may be wrong) asked if we can reschedule yet again.. and mentioned they haven't had the manpower due to covid-19 and that

We remodeled a bathroom from the bare bones and used them for every plumbing step of the way. Corey was our tech and he was the absolute best. Every problem we had arise was taken care of with respect and ease. Would highly recommend using this company
