The process of getting this replacement seemed so overwhelming but Casey was extremely responsive to any questions we had and made sure that we understood everything along the way. He and his team showed up early and completed the work quickly with GREAT results. They cleaned everything up when they were done. Tim Fleenor from DHI Roofing was fantastic to work with. He came out two different times to meet with the adjuster. The insurance company said there was some damage but not enough to do a replacement. Tim came out again and went up on the roof with the adjuster. A few days late the insurance company called and said proceed with the contractor of my choice. After working with Tim the only contractor I was going to use was DHI. Tim worked with us on the start date as we were in and out of town during the summer. Once the job started Tim was there to answer any questions and make sure everything went smoothly. The quality of the work was great and the crew was very respectful of us as well as my property.
