In January 2019 we totally remodeled our kitchen. Initially, the wrong outlet was installed by another company to connect our new range. Frustrated, we called Edwards Electric. Aaron came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He made the necessary changes and everything worked beautifully. Two days ago a neighborhood transformer blew and we were without power for several hours. When it was restored, everything came back except the range. I called Edwards Electric and 1, I couldn't believe the person I spoke to remembered us and had my information pulled up within seconds after just giving her my name. 2, they sent Aaron and Jake out earlier than expected and 3, Aaron also remembered the job from almost 2 years ago, came in and accessed the situation and in less than 5 minutes had it resolved.
