I sold my home and it was moving day. I went to disconnect my washing machine and noticed that the water would not shut completely off. I had to have it fixed before the mover arrived. I called and explained my situation and was received by a very friendly and professional women (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name). She said someone would be there in 30-45 min. Just like clockwork, Patrick arrived at my house and explained everything he was going to need to do to complete the repair. Patrick was done in about 20 minutes which was just before the movers arrived. Patrick was fast, friendly and professional! I would absolutely use them again! Service: Plumbing

Had a main line plug that happened early evening. Dispatcher was courteous and professional. They kept me informed as to arrival time. Keith was our tech and he was professional and personable. He explained what he was doing. He had us opened back up fast. He cleaned up everything before he left and made sure our drain was working. Definitely will use Roto Router again. Thanks Kieth!
