Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Received multiple calls to verify address and time of arrival for the technician. Was able to watch the complete process of clean out and the camera snake to double check that everything was clear and ok. Service: Sewer repair

I woke up to a flooded laundry room and immediately called Roto Rooter. They were out within an hour doing test to ensure no water leaks throughout the house and then another guy was out shortly after to confirm the problem and fix it immediately. I normally use a local plumber (an ongoing problem with tree roots in my lines) that charges about a third of the costs, but the tech was able to offer me a comparable cost to what I would normally pay for this issue. Extremely professional, quick to fix the problem and communication was great. Didn't mind paying a little more to have multiple guys come out to make sure no other underlying issues and assist with preventative maintenance. Very pleased with the service I received today.
