They came in to fix a a botched remodel job from a previous "contractor". The owner was sympathetic to our situation and worked with us to ensure we were comfortable with the process. He was communicative all throughout and came by regularly to personally inspect the work. The main person on the job was polite, professional, and did high quality work. JS construction was my insurances recommended contractor for repairs caused by water damage in my Home. They estimated thousands less than the other companies I had come out, but I stuck with them due to USAA recommendation. I was promised so many different things that were never done. All of the work, from The repairs in the garage ceiling to the tile in the laundry room were done by the same two men, regardless of promises for specific specialist to come out to have things “done right”. They cut corners everywhere, and even asked me for 20$ and to “not tell The boss” after they broke a valve in the laundry room. They promised to clean carpets and told me furniture would be moved (charged my insurance 300 for removing furniture). I have video footage from my cameras of the contractor telling the women to just go around the furniture. They pebbled the garage ceiling and left residue all over the door. They hounded me to sign paperwork stating they completed their job. I would not recom

Wonderful service, professional and respectful. My project took around 6 months and during that time I never felt forgotten. They were flexible to work with my schedule. And, they worked directly with my insurance company to save me that headache and stress. Services: Remodeling, Repair flooring
