I had 5 estimates. Kcfr was second to the highest but because one of the companies adjacadj to our had high recommendations we used them. Not one bit disappointed.

Allen and the team were incredible in fixing quite a few leaks on two of my commercial buildings, Allen did a great job of explaining my options and what my expectations should be with each option. I found his pricing to be very fair. He was also great at keeping in communication with me until the repairs were made and sent pictures of the repairs. I am confident the repairs will hold up, but if not, the Flat Roof Team will be out to take care of the necessary fixes. I highly recommend them to any business or commercial project.
