Fantastic. I brought in the broken parts and the guy knew exactly what replacements I needed. He even explained a couple of important things for installing them. The new motor is much quieter, too. A socket wrench and a working knowledge of electricity will save you hundreds of dollars over getting took by Bob Scamilton.

Patrick hooked me up a blizzard was happening my furnace quit he had my part to me in a day and a half great people.

I see that there are those that like this place. Fair enough. However I found Pat and his staff to be rude and not friendly. I would never want to give my money to a business that makes me feel unwelcome- feel free to go and do business but just be wary that at least one "real" person and not a personal friend has given this place 1 star. Real customer here. Lots of places to go for your HVAC needs no reason to visit a place with an owner and staff with that kind of attitude and disposition.
