Shanin came out the same day I called to inspect my roof and explained the issues with it. He was very professional, answered any question I had, explained the process and was always a phone call away. The crew came out, removed the shingles, replaced shingles and cleaned up their mess. Shanin came out the next day to inspect the roof and double checked the yard and driveway for remaining nails. Very please with their promptness and work.
