Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had a great experience with our technician, Jake. He fixed our kitchen drain clog quickly. The only issue I have with the service is it's a little pricey. I appreciate the problem being fixed. I just wish it was a little cheaper. But overall very satisfied! Service: Plumbing

After a Saturday flood in my laundry room due to an unknown clog in my drain pipe (tree roots!), Roto Rooter was the only company that answered on a weekend and scheduled a time to come the next day (Sunday). Richard, my technician, was prompt, polite, explained the issue and took care of it in about an hour. Love the text updates on timing. I will definitely use their service again (no other business ever called back), and I am thrilled they offered weekend service or else I would still be without water! Very thankful! We were able to book online for same day service but we chose next day for our schedule. They emailed right away to confirm apportionment and texted next day when they were on their way. Arrived right on time. Rob was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He identified the clog issue and unclogged it. Then Drew the supervisor came afterwards for a scope and recommendations on long term solutions. Answered my 100 questions, gave us estimates. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful as well.
