Schloegel Design Remodel

We used the team at Schloegel to do a remodel that included removing a wall, building a new staircase to access an attic area that they turned into a usable space, adding a shower to a half bath in the upstairs bedroom, and refinishing walls and the ceiling throughout the main floor. From the first meeting we had with them through the completion of the 3 month project there was never any doubt that we made the correct decision to work with Schloegel! The project cost was very fair, the quality of the work was absolutely perfect, and the complete professionalism of every member of their team made the project extremely enjoyable. They were able to accommodate us so that we could live in the house while the work was being done. The house was cleaned up at the end of each work day and all their equipment and building materials were always kept tidy and out of the way to make it possible to remain in the house throughout the entire project. We just had an electric fireplace installed in the wall of our 1950’s house. It wasn’t the easiest job because this house wasn’t really designed for a fireplace and required construction encroaching on two closets. We could not be happier with the work and the staff. From Andrea who did the designing, to Montana (the team leader who went the extra mile on everything), to Mark, Mitchell, Gerard, Emily, Franklin (I apologize if I’m not including anyone), they each brought such attention to detail and a positive attitude to our project. Each were wonderful at problem solving as issues would arise. During the middle of our project, we were already so happy with Schloegel, we knew we’d be using them on our next project. Schloegel remodeled my home eleven years ago! It was absolutely perfect! Not one issue! Since then I have used them for typical home maintenance and repairs...everything from fence repair to replacing a built-in double oven. They just do not disappoint!
