Tracy is awesome! He repaired a shower drain and replaced some tile and he also refurbished our deck. He is honest, fair, upfront with estimates, never tries to upsell, provides good explanation of his recommendations and is good with communication. We have already found another project for him to help us out with (installation of a storm door) and will continue to use his services in the future. Tracy the Taskman does an excellent job- He's just finished the 5th job for me around the house. He has replaced deck damage, fixed ceiling water stains, replaced tiles in the shower/tub ,and installed flooring, toilet, and shelving in the master bath; and now installed a new faucet and soap dispenser in the kitchen. We initially hired Tracy to do a sink install for our new kitchen. He was very reasonable with pricing and was able to complete the job in a timely fashion. We have also had some drywall repairs made; he removed an access door to an unused nook in two bedrooms and patched the hole with new drywall. We have also had Tracy replace some old plumbing in bathroom to a new faucet and replace a water line/shut off to another sink in another bathroom. We are currently looking into two bath remodels and have asked Tracy for quotes. We would definitely contact Tracy for other projects outside of our scope.
