Paul and the crew were great. He meet with our Ins. adjuster had everything worked out. They replaced our old gutter guard and even painted the chimney so I wouldn't have to get up there. What follows is totally unsolicited and has not been screened by anyone. FM Roofing has over the past 10 months or so, gone beyond what I was expecting from a roofing contractor. FM promised a service and they delivered above and beyond. And here is the unexpected part – They have followed up with phone calls to ensure satisfaction. When I initially contracted with FM Roofing, little did I realize that their level of service and attention to customer satisfaction would extend well beyond the repair. My wife and I are selling our home in St. Louis. To ensure that the buyers of our home are getting the best product possible, I contacted FM Roofing, asking if they could inspect the roof and their previous repair. Put a new roof on my house and our skylight has been leaking ever since they have been out several times to fix it and still has not resolved the problem. We have a warranty on our roof and I just called last week and let them know and they said that they would send somebody out. They came out and repaired the skylight problems all in one day.
