They did our roofing 5 years ago and they poked a hole through the ceiling & not only that, we are having to replace our roof 5 years later & it’s not covered. They were terrible service & overall a terrible company.
Reger Roofing is a horrible company what they did to me and my husband is criminal, they were hired by Nationwide to come inspect siding windows damaged by straight line wind storm, Nationwide did not want to pay the claim so they sent Reger and with them was a investigater who worked for Nationwide but acted as a employee of Reger, at that time I was caring for my 92 year old mother, this man asked if he could use my bathroom I was ok with that he came through the back sliding glass doors where my mothers room was, I directed him to the bathroom, he went inside where he stayed for over 15 minutes I was just right outside the door in the livingroom, I was surprised at the length of time he was there I never heard the toilet flush or or the water run, he finally came out he quickly left I followed him out to meet with Reger I asked Reger estimator what was going on and who this man was because he was dressed professionally not like and employee I asked Reger about Nationwide and he said
all I can say is WOW. These guys showed up on a Thursday morning 530 am . 4th of July. no small house . 2500 sq ft. and the back is so steep you can not walk on it.5 men on roof 1 lady on the ground running the supplies and water to the men and I do mean running. I was figuring a 2 day job at the minimum. had old roof all off around noon. now its hot as hell and figured they may call it a day and come back tomorrow. not these guys they just pressed on and kept on working . finished the job at 7pm . clean up was remarkable. couldn't find a shingle or a nail anywhere.had prices from 2 other companies beside Reger Roofing . they blew competition out of the water. was here when they said and did everything they said they were going to do.cant ask any thing more than that. I'm highly satisfied and I highly recommend these guys
