Jay was the service man who came out. Very friendly, efficient, and affective. Very informative. Got my mini splits up and running. Would recommend FTS! Service: A/C system repair

I called a made an appointment to have my ac looked at an hopefully fixed . They told me if they could make it that day they would call me. Or else it would be the next day . I explained I had 3 young grandchildren staying with me and my 83yr old mather inlaw . And still to this day as I write this they still haven't called nor showed up. Even with a appointment. So I called another ac company out of Nixa , They showed up just hours later the same day, how about that a company doing what they say their going to do an doing it .. While fts is literally 5 minutes away from my home an couldn't show up or even call me back . Wouldn't recommend a company who can't do what they say they will do.

Jay has come out to my house twice now and was very professional, and answered all my questions both times. Anyone I’ve spoken to on the phone was very polite and able to work with me on scheduling. I would recommend FTS to anyone having trouble with heating/cooling issues. Service: A/C system repair
