When my husband and I decided that it was time for a new roof, we didn't know where to begin. We started getting bids from every company we could think of. They've been busy due to recent bad rains. Overall it was a good experience. A couple of issues, one they couldn't control was the supplier didn't deliver the roofing materials the day prior to roofers showing up. The other is that the entire crew couldn't speak much English. This is nothing against the crew, but please make sure you have at least one person who can translate and not over the phone. Fortunately the one who delivered and picked up the dumpster made them sweep the area another time. Many nails were missed that could have easily become missiles when cutting the grass and a number were in the drive crevices. Fortunately I know to keep looking for nails. I recommend using them at this point, they came in cheaper than smaller outfits which I would typically use, but when you are talking about this kind of money (insurance denied claim) you go with a good name and price.
