John Beal initially put a new roof on my Home in fall of 2019 and unfortunately the two that took care of me are no longer with the company. I called for service and repairs; after the neighbor's tree fell on my roof. Got the run around at first. Then I got in touch with Megan who got the ball rolling. Then Daniel was sent out to do the repair work to my roof and another two gentlemen did the gutters. I want Megan and Daniel to be acknowledged for being Stars. Daniel did a Great job and he made sure that I once again was a happy customer. We had such a great experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, the John Beal salesperson we had, Will was so extremely knowledgeable, over all of the other companies I had talked to. Whenever I had questions throughout the entire process, he responded quickly. Then the installers were professional, timely, and the neighbors even commented on the job they did, how good our roof looked and how impressed they were with how they cleaned up afterwards. John Beal did an excellent job, they offered us the best price of 5 different companies we talked to. They also followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied and to see if we had any problems.
