Purchased a new HVAC system a few years ago and used them for repairs and maintenance since. This spring I showed repair guy a severed little wire that registers outside temp. He was literally there 10 min tops he didn't turn a wrench and they charged $90.00 then wanted another couple hundred to put a little wire on. After I voiced my opinion that was an unfair charge ($90.00) the service manager and another Karen in the office were very unprofessional and was spoken to disrespectful...lots of heat and air options out there. Perhaps if they discuss their charges and manner they do business and not talk down to a paying customer??? might be a bit more professional. Lost my business. I'll pay double before I accept shoddy customer service, i would never have spoke to a customer with the attitude and tone Karen and Linda spoke to me.
