Larson Heating, Air & Plumbing

We used Larson in our last home and when we sold and moved we lost touch buying a new home and having the “incumbent” for us. I was contacted by them last month for routine service and notified them of our changes but having had experience we decided to take advantage of the special for service offered. I’m so glad they called because we never felt comfortable before but now having Larson back with us as our heating and air company we are so blessed. Shiloh our service rep was fantastic. He knows his work and is an honest and dedicated man providing value and peace of mind. Larson really does it well and they have excellent service reps. We will forever use them and ask for Shiloh. I was impressed with the entire experience beginning with the person who answered the phone. The technician, Joe, responded promptly to the call. He was neat in appearance and knowledgeable about the system. He worked quickly to isolate the issue and provide a remedy. I definitely will call Larson again.
