Zoom Drain

Had a basement drain backup recently one evening after work, in our 80yr old home. Called Alex to explain my situation and to see if they could send someone out that evening. He said he could, but was very open about what that would cost me. He said if there was any way that we could wait until the next day, that he could have someone come by when I got home from work at 5:30pm. Long story short, they showed up on time, told me what it would cost and got right to work. The Tech (Jason, I believe) was having a difficult time with the old plumbing, but with persistence he was able to clear my drain. It only took a couple hours and the price was more than fair in my opinion. I would definitely recommend them and I appreciated their fairness and transparency on what the repair would cost, and I appreciated them accommodating my work schedule. Kudos to Alex and Jason. Seth showed up within the specified time frame and gave me a complete rundown of what to expect along with the cost of each item in order of importance. I used this company today and can’t say anything but positive things, I had Alex Case and another technician come out to a property I’m managing and perform a main drain cleaning and unclog another drain for me. They were professional and did a great and effective Job will be using them again on other properties.
